Terms of Service
Last updated: June 4, 2026.
These Terms of Service govern your use of the Raims Technologies website and the services offered by Raims Technologies. By using this website, submitting an inquiry, booking a call, approving a proposal, or starting a project with us, you agree to these terms unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.
Services
Raims Technologies provides digital services including website design and redesign, app UI/UX design, branding and graphic design, ecommerce design, web application and dashboard development, AI chatbot and automation setup, audits, consulting, and monthly creative support. Exact deliverables, timelines, revisions, pricing, and payment terms are defined in each proposal, invoice, statement of work, or written agreement.
Proposals And Scope
Project scope is limited to the items described in the approved proposal or agreement. Requests outside the agreed scope may require a revised estimate, additional payment, or a new project phase. Raims Technologies may recommend additional work when it is useful, but no additional paid work begins without client approval.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate business information, content, brand assets, login access, feedback, approvals, legal text, product details, and any required third-party account permissions. Delays in client materials, feedback, payment, or approvals may delay project timelines.
Payments
Unless a proposal states otherwise, project work may require an upfront payment before work begins and a final payment before launch, final delivery, transfer of source files, or deployment support. Monthly support is billed in advance. Late or unpaid invoices may pause work, delivery, support, or access to project files until payment is received.
Revisions And Approvals
Included revision rounds are defined in the proposal. Revisions must relate to the agreed scope and direction. Once a design, page, feature, or deliverable is approved, later changes may be treated as additional work.
Third-Party Platforms
Projects may depend on third-party tools such as hosting providers, domain registrars, website builders, CMS platforms, analytics tools, scheduling platforms, CRMs, email providers, payment processors, plugins, APIs, and AI services. Clients are responsible for third-party fees, account ownership, compliance, and platform availability unless otherwise agreed in writing.
AI And Automation
AI chatbot and automation systems can support lead capture, FAQ handling, routing, summaries, and workflow assistance, but they require testing, monitoring, and human oversight. Raims Technologies does not guarantee that AI outputs will always be accurate, complete, or appropriate for every situation.
No Guaranteed Results
Raims Technologies works to improve design quality, usability, messaging, website structure, lead capture, and business systems. We do not guarantee revenue, rankings, traffic, sales, patient volume, leads, conversion rates, funding, platform approval, or any specific business outcome.
Portfolio And Publicity
Unless a client requests confidentiality in writing, Raims Technologies may reference completed work in its portfolio, case studies, proposals, website, and marketing materials. Confidential information, private credentials, and sensitive business data will not be published without permission.
Ownership And Licenses
After full payment, clients receive ownership of final approved custom deliverables created specifically for their project, except for pre-existing Raims Technologies materials, reusable methods, templates, code libraries, licensed assets, third-party tools, and open-source components. Those items remain subject to their original ownership and license terms.
Content, Legal Compliance, And Claims
Clients are responsible for ensuring that their business claims, offers, pricing, testimonials, images, privacy notices, terms, product information, healthcare or financial statements, and other published content are accurate, lawful, and approved for use. Raims Technologies may help structure or edit content, but does not provide legal, medical, financial, tax, or regulatory advice.
Limitation Of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Raims Technologies is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, lost traffic, lost revenue, platform downtime, or business interruption. Our total liability for a project is limited to the amount paid to Raims Technologies for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Termination
Either party may stop a project according to the terms of the relevant proposal or agreement. Fees already paid may be non-refundable for work completed, time reserved, planning, research, strategy, design, development, or third-party costs already incurred.
Changes To These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The latest version will be posted on this page with an updated date.
